Terms & Conditions

  1. The booking is not complete until payment has been made online.
  2. By making a booking request you warrant that you have the authority of all persons in your party, you accept these terms and conditions and agree that you will indemnify Water’s Edge against all loss and damage arising directly or indirectly from any act or default by yourself or anyone accompanying you.
  3. Bookings are not transferable
  4. Bookings must be made by persons over 18 year old
  5. We reserve the right to not accept bookings  from groups of more than 2 people.
  6. 50% is due on booking and 50% due 8 weeks before arrival.

In the event that the second payment is not made the 50% paid on booking becomes non refundable and your booking will be cancelled.

  1. If you want to cancel a booking you must notify us by email.

If you cancel 8 weeks or more before the start date of your holiday your payments will be refunded in full, if cancellation is done up to 21 days or more before your start date then 50% of the amount paid at that point will be refunded. Should you cancel within 14 days of the start of your stay all monies will be lost.

We strongly advise that you take out your own cancellation insurance.

Third party bookings refunds should be taken up with the relevant 3rd party.

  1. We retain the right to cancel bookings at anytime.
  2. Monies will not be refunded in the event that some members of your group fail to arrive or you leave the site early whatever the circumstances.

Arrival/Departure times
Arrival 4pm onwards and departure 10am

Damages/Breakages
Guests are responsible for any damages, breakages/ items that go missing during their stay. These circumstances will result in charges being made accordingly.

Children
Children must be supervised at all times, special care should be taken in the hot tub and given the proximity to the reservoir and the potential dangers that this involves.
